Loaves and Fishes Appeal
Off To Great Start!!
Loaves and Fishes had received
$4,400 in donations during the first
two weeks of its 1999-2000
fundraising appeal. Its goal is
$5,500. Director Jane Duffield
reported that as of December 15,
1999 sixty-eight donors had made
contributions. "Every year I'm
amazed at the generosity of so many
people," she said. "I'm hopeful that
we'll soon sulpass our goal."
The annual fundraising appeal
helps Loaves and Fishes provide an
array of services in Summers
County. They include a summer
camp, emergency food and utility
assistance, the Lost Now Found

• and are restricted to helping persons
in need in Summers County. All
