Holida y Cooking!
Decorative Cookies With Country Fresh Flavor
(NAPS)--There's something
about the smell of fresh-baked
cookies that can make home seem
so delightful--especially during
the holiday season.
This delicious aroma makes hol-
iday company feel more than wel-
come and family members feel well
cared for. Making time to bake dur-
ing the holidays can be easier with
country-fresh tasting ingredients
that are easy to use.
A good example is spreadable
sticks from Shedd's Spread
Country Crock*, which spread
easily straight from the fridge.
Another baker's bonus is that the
spreadable sticks contain less fat
than butter or margarine and no
cholesterol.
This simple recipe for Holiday
Crisps creates delicious cookies
that are a treat to eat or give. Be
creative with sprinkles & food col-
oring to create decorative holiday
ornaments that look as good as
they taste.

At City National Bank, we realize that simple traditions
mean the most. Like free checking, personal service and
convenience. Just like the simple traditions of this holiday season.
Like watching football, baking grandma's favorites and spending
time with family and friends. While others get caught up in the
'big' things, at City National Bank, we know the real magic lies in
these simple traditions.
