last minute errands. While
neighbors finish transforming their
homes into exquisite wonderlands,
packages continue to be wrapped
and our handed-down family recipes
take shape into delicious dishes just
in time to share with family and
friends.
ARer all the cooking, decorating
and gift wrapping, our work is
complete. Now, we can finally relax
and celebrate the holiday season
Whether we head to the highway
for an extended road trip or plan to
entertain guests of our own, we must
remember that this is the season to
celebrate joy, happiness and love.
Those of us fortunate enough to
have the opportunity to spend time
with loved ones, let's be thankful and
savor each moment. During this
holiday season it is important to look
beyond our differences and
appreciate people for who they are.
For this is the time to celebrate our
love for family and friends.
I want to take this time to wish
everyone a happy and safe holiday
season. I believe it is also important
to offer a gracious thank you to those
who donated time, food, clothing and
gifts to those less fortunate. It is
important to remember ... 'tis the
season for giving.
Have a great holiday!
