Moose Women Hold Meeting
The Women of the Moose
Chapter No. 1393 held their
Social Service Chapter Night
meeting Tuesday night Dec. 4,
1979 at 7:30 P.M. in the Moose
ttall. The Senior Regent, Vir-
ginia Liddon called the meeting
to order. The Bible was opened,
nraver was held bv Louise Cox.

was led by Junior Regent Pro
tem, Gerene Allen and €ontin:
ucd in regular ritualistic order.
Balloting on application for one
member was favorable. Jr.
Graduate Regent Ethel Lilly
and members of the Social
Service Committee introduce
the members and Sr. Regent
asked for the sign of courtesy to
be given . Different members
reported on Social Services they
were doing for the sick and the
elderly. The committee also
asked for a donation to be given
to the Christmas Lighting Fund
in Memory of Leon Pivont ,
which was favorable. The com-
mittee will send a donation to
Moosehaven to purchase mat-.
erial for Rug canvas and yarn.
Needlepoint and other hand:
crafts for the Senior Citizens
living at Moosehaven. The co
workers will also furnish fruit
haskets and " goodies" to our
own Senior Citizens and shut-
ins for Christmas.
The Loyal Order of Moose will
sponsor the children's party to
be held December 21st and the
Christmas Party Dec. 24th. and
co- workers are asked to help
with the serving.
The W.O.T.M. will have a
covered- dish dinner and Ch-
ristmas party at their next
meeting December 18.
Husbands and friends are in-
vited.
Minutes of previous mectiug
were read and approved. Pray-
er was given by the chaplain
and Sr. Regent adjourned the
meeting.
Refreshments were served to
fifteen officers and co workers.
