8 - Hinton News Tues. Dec. 16, 2003 SCHOOL MENU National Park Ranger Visits Kindergarten Class COMPETITIVE RATES These students in Ms. Danita Richmond's Kindergarten Class were surprised when a National Park Ranger, Mark Bolinger, came to visit them. They eat quietly as he explained to them about the plants and animals in the Park. He told them how the Park belonged to everyone and what we must do to take care of the Park. The students were thrilled when Mr. Bolinger had them build a living river. He rolled out a long blue piece of material that served as the river, than had the students posing as rocks, plants, animals and the sun. Mr. Bolinger presented each student with a coloring book on the National Park. pictured above are: Front Row: Samantha Fewox, Brooke McPherson, Beth Cales, Brooke Jackson, and Hunter Bragg.
