He was born August 18, 1934 at Hinton, he was WlLFORD E. SMITH the son of the late Brady and Virginia Chattin Cales. Bobby was a retired Brakeman/ Wilford Elliott Smith, 82, of Kirby Conductor for C & O Railway. He Mt., Clayton passed away 3:00 p.m. was a veteran of the US Army, Sunday, November 20, 2016 at his serving in the Korean Conflict.
