FOR CONSTRUCTION BIDS
The Summers County Commission (hereinafter
called =OWNER') invites contractors to submit sealed
bids for the construction of two new bathhouses at the
Summers County 4-H Camp in Hinten, Wsat Virginia.
Sealed bids will be received at the offices of the
Summers County Commission, located at 120
Ballongee Street, Hinton, West Virginia until 2:00
p.m., local prevailing time, on November 10, 2003, and
then and there the bids will be publicly opened and
road.
The work of this project consists of the following
Lump Sum contract:
Construction of new bathhouses for the Summers
County 4-H Camp.

Licensa will be required of all bidders.
The parties to whom Contractm are awarded will
be required to executs the Agreement and obtain the
required Performance Bonds and Labor and Materials
Payment Bonds within ten (10) calendar days from
the date of Notice of Award.

are applicable to this project.
The OWNER reserves the right to waive any
informalitiso, to reject any or all Bide and to award
the contract based on contractor stipulated time of
completion. Any Bid may be withdrawn prior to the
above scheduled time for the opening Bids or
authorized postponement thereof. Any Bid reived
alor the time and date specified will not be considered.
No bidder may withdraw a Bid within sixty (60) days
after the actual date of the opening thereof. Should
