55th Annual Homecoming will be
held at Jumping Branch Tabernacle
on Sun., Sept. 26th.

FAMILIES DAY FESTIVAL
The Second Annual REACHH
Families Day Festival, featuring an
outdoor performance stage, craft
demonstrations and workshops,
sports activities, and more, will be
held on Sat. Sept. 25th. at the Appa-
lachian South Folklife Center at
Pipeetem.
Food concessions and free camp-
ing will be available. The event will
close with a spedal Service on Sun.
morning. Admission is $5.00 for
adults, $2.50 for children under 18,
and $10.00 for a family pass. For

SENIOR BIRTHDAY PARTY
A birthday party is held the first
Fri. of each month at the Hinton
oT Center for anyone having I
brthday dm, ing that month and is
age 60 or older.
Beginning Oct. 1, the Hinton
Senior Center will nolonger be send-
ng out personal invitations to sen-
iors who are observing birthdays
during a particular month. Instead,
we will be announcing birthday
parties through posters, radio, and
newspapers.

Program
The Concord College Head Start
announces the sponsorship of the
Free and Reduced Lunch Program.
The same meals will be available to
all enrolled participants at no sepa-
rate charge regardless of race, color,
disability, sex, age or national ori-
gin, and there is no discrimination
in the course of the meal service.
Any complaints of discrimination
should be submitted to the Adminis-
trator, Food and Nutrition Service,
USDA, Park Office Center, Alexan-
dria, Vs. 22302.
Eligibility for free and reduced
price meal reimbursement is based
on income scales effective through
June 30, 1994.

complaint within 180 days of the
