She especially wished to thank Tom Wykle for building the bridge and Charles Bare for the use of his equipment and assistance. The Public Relations and Isssues Committees were requested to meet at the home of Mrs. Farmer's on Sept. 7, at 7:00 P.M. to make plans for the National Business Week. , The District I meeting will be at the Circle J. Restaurant in Falrlea b'n Sept. 19. Registration will be from 10:00 to 11: AM, and all members are asked to attend. Hazel Davidson announced that a Tea will be at the Library on Aug. 31 from 3:00 to 5:30 PM and invited members of the club to attend. The president introduced David Parmer, the guest speaker, who gave a very informative talk on Marital Assets. (What rights one has after a death or a divorce).
