Meeting To Begin

The 1991 Mount Olivet Camp
Meeting begins Fri. evening July
19th. at 7:30. The camp will con-
tinue through Sun. evening July
28th. The order of services are as
follows: Morning prayer meeting at
7:30, preaching service at 8:00,
breakfast at 9:00, morning service
at 10:45. In the afternoon there will
be children and youth services and
activities at 2:00. The night service
begins at 7:30 PM. There will be a
Missionary service on Sun. after-
noon the 21st. at 2:00. This service
will be under the direction of Jerry
and Julia Beers of World Gospel
Mission. Thurs. evening July 25th.
will be youth night and on Sun. af-
ternoon July 28th. at 2:00 PM a
Singspiration.
The evangelist for the 1991 camp
are: Dr. Robert Kline of Urban, Oh.,
and Roy. David Gallimore of Port

One of the special events of camp
this year will be the filming of the
camp for a special PBS T.V. pro-
gram. Randal Balmar, professor at
Columba University in N.Y. along
with a T.V. crew from London, Eng-
land will be on the camp ground July
23 and 24 for this filming. Mount
Olivet Camp has been selected to be
a part of the program; Mine eyes
have seen the Glory. Thin ninty
minute program will be seen in the
U.S. and England.
Mount Olivet Camp has been a
part of Summers County for over 75
years. The camp ground is located 2
1/2 miles west of Hinton on Madams
Creek Road. Rev. Allen Gallimore,
President of the camp invites all to
take a journey into the past and
enjoy an old time camp meeting.

Returns To States
Spc. Hope Martin of Greenville,
WN.,recently returned to the States
from her deployment in Saudi Ara-
bia. Soon after her arrival home she
visited Greenville School to person-
ally thank the students that had
corresponded with her. She also
shared experiences with them and
let them see her gas mask and sou-
veniors from the war, after which
the students had many questions to
ask.
She would also like to thank ev-
eryone else who sent letters and
packages or just possibley a prayer
