Miss Jo Ann Farley became assisted by the Rev. George

Luray, Virginia, the bride's
sister, matron of honor.

Sulphur Springs, cousin of the
bride, Miss Cindy Pabody of
Willingboro, New Jersey, sister
of the groom and Miss Pare
Roderer of Greenville, S.C.
Bridesmaids. They wore ident-
ical long gowns of apricot
Qiana. Each wore apricot silk
flowers in her hair and carried
colonial bouquets of silk flow-
ers. The flowergirl was Gina
Ellen Linkenhoker, niece of the
bride. Ringbearer was William
Joseph Linkenhoker, nephew of
the bride. Best man was Brad
Pabody of Willingboro, N.J.,
brother of the groom. Grooms-
men were Bill Chandler of
Greenville, S.C., Jon Pabody of
Greenville, S,C., cousin of the
groom and Dennis Komis of
Milawaukee. Wis.
Following the wedding cere-
monya reception was held at
the church. The wedding and
recevtion was under the direct-
ion of Mrs. Ernest Parry, of
Belle, W.V., aunt of the bride.
Music for the reception was
furnished by pianist David
Meadows, cousin of the bride.
The bride is a graduate of Bob
Jones University and a former
Faculty member. The groom is
also a graduate of Bob Jones
University.
After a wedding trip to Penn-
sylCania and New York, the
couple will reside in Greenville,
S.C.

Mr. and mrs. Ben H. Light of
Greenbrier Drive Bellepoint ob-
served their Golden Wedding
anniversary Friday June 29th at
their home. They were the
recipients of many lovely gifts,
flowers and phone calls
throughout the day. The Rev.
H.L. Hout of Hinton performed
the marriage ceremony June
29, 1929 in the home of Mrs.
Light's aunt and uncle, the late
Mr. and Mrs. Riehond Cole who
resided in the brick row on
Temple St.
Mr. and Mrs. Light motored
to Bluefield Sunday July I
where they spent the day and
enjoyed their anniversary dinn-
er in the home of their son and
daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs.
Bennie Light Jr.
Mrs. Sandra LaPlant of Jack-
sonville Florida is visiting her
aunt, Mrs. Dexter Hill this
week. Mrs. La Plant will be
rememebered as a former res-
ident Miss Sandra Deeds of
Jumping Branch.
