He loved every second of being their daddy. Andy excelled in~-'high school basketball at Pi~estem Christian Academy helping win back to back state titles. He also loved his cars and riding motorcycles. Andy loved the Lord and would do anything to help anyone at anytime God never have anyone a better heart or kinder soul the5 what was inside Andy. He loved his.Momma, his kids, his PawPaw and brothers and sisters un~nditionally. He loved his family and friends, worked hard, and wil be deeply missed by everyone. Proceded in death by his biolpgical father Dale Allen Bryant of Hinton; his grandmothers, Anges Anita Adkins of Pipestem and Edna Elizabeth Faris of Bozoo and a sister Sal~na Ann McBride of Pipestem. Those left to cherish his memories are :his parents, Dora Leigh Paris anc~ James Randolph Faris of Pipestem; Step-father Clarence Stevenson McBride and wife Debbie of Pi:pestem; four sons, Anthony Paul "Braxton" Adkins of Pipestem, Brendan Anthony Gentry of Maryland, Bryson Lee Randolph Ad~ns and Breaden Daniel Chuck Ad ns of Pipestem; a very special Grandfather Daniel Paul Adkins of Pipestem; grandfather Clarence Elij McBride and wife Bettie June of I~allard; and grandmother, Flo Bryhnt Durst of Hinton; two brothers, Elijah Stevenson McBride and~ wife Hope Marie of Jacksonville, NC and Justin Lee Rna.dolph Faris and wife Katelyn Shyan of Princeton; two sisters, Ang'el Bryant of Hinton and Talena Hope Spears and husband Jake of Col£cord, NC; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and COU~lnS. Memorial services were held Sat t~rday, June 25 at 1:30 p.m. at the CoolCs Chapel Baptist Church with Pastor Dallas Peyton officiating. Friends visited with the family from • May Merry Ward, of Chestnut Mt. and the late Edward L. Ward. She was a homemaker and a lifelong resident of Summers County. She attended the Ramp Holiness Church, and was a former emplyee of Pipestem State Park, in the Housekeeping Department. She enjoyed listening to music and spending time with family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband Cleo Dick; one daugher, Rebecca Dick; one son, Billy Joe dick; two sisters, Mary Ayers and Juanita Ward; one brother, Jessie Ray Ward. Those left to cherish her memory include two sons; James "Boone" Dick and wife Jessica, of Pearisburg, VA, and Hobert R. Dick, and companion Brandy, of Sandstone; seven grandchildre; Billy, Nina, C.J. and Julie Dick; Dylan Dick and Dakota Ballengee and Drerrik Dick; one sister, Joyce Bowles and husband Basil; three brothers, James Ward and wife Lorene, Freddie Gene Wawrd and companion Sandy, Charles Ward a nd wife Kathy; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 28 at the Ramp Holliness Church with Pastor Felix Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the Dick Cemetery. Friends may call from 11 a.m until time of service Today at the Church. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Arrangements are by the Ronald Meadows Funeral Parlors of Hinton. Dr. Christina Lavorata, Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs, has released the Dean's List and the President's List to recognize high achieving students for their academic distinction. Full time students who earned a 3.4 or better grade point average are named to the Dean's List. Full time students achieving a perfect 4.0 grade point average are named to the President's List. The walk will take place on Bill Perdue Road. Traffic will be held at 8:00 a.m. for runners and walkers to begin the race, then traffic will be urged to proceed with caution as runners and walkers are on the roads. Jeffrey Neal Coleman, 51 of Judson, died Sunday June 19, 2016 at his home aiter a sudden illness. Born January 30, 1965 in Harrisonburg, VA. he was the son of Marshall Coleman of Lewisburg and Doris Boone Ward of Talcott. Mr. Cole~'nan was a truck driver and carpbnter. He was an avid outdoors man', especially enjoying hunting and iflshing. He was preceded in death by a half brother, Jeffrey Phil lip Coleman. Besides his parents, survivors include two daughters, Dicie Kay and Jessica Coleman of Richmond, VA; one brother, Marshall Coleman of Talcott; one sister, Dianne Leroy of Richmond, VA; one half sister, Valorie Quick of Lewisburg; special friend, Maryl.
