ALL JOINED HANDS TURNING A SPADE full of dirt at the Sum-
mers County Career Center marking the beginning of the con-
struction of a new wastewater treatment facility for the City of
Hinton. The five handled shovels, made for the State in Whelling,
were used as 19 lined up for the groundbreaklng ceremony follow-
ing a luncheon at the center Thursday.
