Deed of 1.nst dated May 12,1999, executed by V'urgil
E. Riddell and Angelt S. Bowyer, unto J. Michael
Anderson, Subetituto 'ustes, of record in the Office
of the Clerk oCzhe County Comm/sson of Summers
