Order of Publication
The object of the entitled action is that the Court
order that the Defendants be compelled to create a
unit owners association consisting of all the owners
within the development begun by Pipestem Village,
Inc., in 1990; that the Defendants be compelled to
transfer to the unit owners association all funds
received and being held by them, together with an
accounting of how those funds have been spent within
the last 5 years; judgment for any funds not properly
spent, pro rate to these Plaintiffs; and requested relief.
It appearing by Affidavit that the address for the Third-
Party Defendant, Gail Shrewsbury, is unknown; and
it also appearing by Affidavit filed in this action that
the identities and addresses are unknown for the
Third-Party Defendants, Any and All Unknown
Property Owners of Pipestem Village and Rock Ridge
Resort. It is, therefore, Ordered that the said Third-
Party Defendants appear and serve upon William S.
Winfrey, II, Attorney for the Plantiff, whose address
is 1608 West Main Street, P. 0. Box 1159, Princeton,
West Virginia 24740, telephone: (304)4871887, and
whose email address is bill@winfrevlaw.com, an
answer or other defense to the Amended Complaint
filed in this action within thirty (30) days of
publication, or no later than June 13, 2016, otherwise
judgment by default will be taken against you at any
