HEALTH TIP OF THE WEEK:
No Pain, No Gainl It's easy to get
discouraged when starting your new
exercise program when all you can
feel are sore muscles. ARer the first
few weeks your muscles will adjust
and begin to build with less pain.
Follow these three simple steps to
be pain free (almost)!
*Always be sure to warm up your
cold muscles with a light cardio
movement such as the stationary
bike for at least 10 minutes.
*Stretch your muscles aRer your
workout when your muscles are
warm and pliable. This helps with
not only your flexibility but stiffnesS.
*Soak in a hot tub or hot bath
after a good long workout. This is
both relaxing and will ease those
sore muscles.

Letter to the Editor
Servants Of Corruption
r
(2 Peter 2:19) KJB
Dear Editor:
The Good News Bible (GNB) also
known as Today's English Version
(TEV) is another example of the
Modern Versions and perversions.
1) The GNB questions the Virgin
Birth of Christ by removing the
tprophecy of His Virgin Birth in
Isaiah 7:14 (KJB) - a virgin shall
conceive.(GNB) - a young woman
will have a son.
2) The GNB questions the Eternal
pre-Existence of Christ by
tampering with Micah 5:2 and
removing the word everlastinq;
(KJB) --from everlasting (GNB) -
from ancient times
3) The GNB omits Christ's title,
Son of God in John 9:35. (KJB) Son
of God (GNB) Son of Man
This clear reference to our Lord's
unique sonship is destroyed by the
GNB.
4) The GNB rejects the reference
to our Lord's Incarnation in 1st
Timothy 3:16.(KJB) - God was
manifest in the flesh. (GNB) - He
appeared in human form.
5) The GNB replaces references
to Christ's Blood with death.
Many of the numerous passages
which speak of the Blood of
Christ.(ist Peter I: 18-19) - Without
which there is no redemption, are
mutilated, by the GNB.
Example: Ephesians 1:7 (KJB) In
whom we have redemption through
His blood. (GNB) - For by the death
of Christ we are set free.
1st Peter 1:18-19
" (KJB) - But with the precious
blood of Christ. (GNB) - By the costly
sacrifice of Christ.
In fourteen other places which
speak of the Lord Jesus Christ, blood
has been removed in the GNB and
has been replaced with death or
sacrifice.
Therefore, because of the above
facts the GNB presents another
Christ, not the Christ of the Bible,
the only begotten of the Father, the
Virgin-born Son of God, God
Manifest in the flesh, the Second
person of the Trinity.
Important: The GNB eliminates
the vital doctrine of redemption
through the Blood of the Lamb, to
present a bloodless and false Gospel.
Therefore, the GNB is a corrupt
version.
