Pursuant to the authority vested in the
undersigned by deed of trust dated the 4th day of
March 2008, signed by Gayle Rancor, single, to John
R Lukens and Ellen S Cappellanti, Trustees, which
said deed of trust is of record in the Office of the Clerk
of the County Commission Of Summers County, West
Virginia, in Trust Deed Book 238, at page 696, and
Golden & Amos, PLLC, Trustee having been requested
so to do by the Secured Creditor, and default having

property by proper description as was intended to be
transferred and conveyed in the aforesaid deed of trust

TERMS OF SALE: Cash in hand on day of sale or
within 30 days of date of sale upon terms to be agreed
upon between Trustee and successful bidder, time
being of the essence; payment for unpaid real estate

does net warrant title or fitness of this property; it is
being purchased as is; this is a buyer beware sale and
any buyer is advised to retain counsel before the sale.
If there is any part of the process of sale which is found

Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of
Highways through the Bid Express Bidding Service
(www.bidx.com) and by sealed proposals (only when
prequalificatien is waived) being received at its Office
in Building 5, Room A-748, 1900 Kanawha Boulevard

Federal-Aid Projects a contractors' license is not
required at time of bid, but will be required before

of the West Virginia Cede. All contractors submitting
