Fromme To Be
Back To Alderson
Lynette "Squeaky" Fromme
will be moved back into our
area soon according to Calif-
ornia prison officials. Miss
Fromme who is a prisoner of
the Federal Correction Institute
in Pleasnton, Calif. is being
moved back to the federal pri-
son at Alderson as punishment.
Miss Fromme is being pun-
ished for striking an inmate at
the California facility with a
hammer. A prison investigation
found Fromme guilty of assault-
ing Julienne Busic with the claw
side of a hammer while the two
worked in a garden on the
prison grounds.
Fromme is scheduled to be
place at Davis Hall in Alderson,
the high-security unit that
houses Sara Jane Moore. Both
women are convicted of attemp-
ting to assassinate the pres-
ident. Davis Hall is the high-
security unit that Moore, by
climbing a fence and walking
away, escaped from this winter.
Public information officer
Gene Boris said Monday
Fromme would be moved in two
or three weeks to Alderson as a
direct result of her actions in
California. This will be a re-
turn to the Alderson facility for
Fromme, now 30 years of age.
