Over the next month, our officers will be woi~king with property owners and tenants to remedy the violations. This is a town wide notification There is no one person or property being singled out. The goal is "Cleaning Up, Not Citations or Fines." We are in the process of having a couple of bins placed at the recycling site in town for tires, appliances, and metals. This will be a free service for our property owners and hopefully help give them an option for disposal of items they may not have been able to get rid of. Overgrowths of brush i and yard waste can be burnt in town following the rules of the WV Division of forestry during burn season. Those rules can be found at www.wvforestry.com/firelaws As part of this enforcement of ordinances, we are reviewing customers in our billing system who may own properties that have been vacated and have not been paying the municipal service fee on the property. This fee is not waived if the structure on the property is not lived in or is vacated. Properties that are in violation of the municipal service fees may have had liens filed previously on the property. Owners who have misplaced, overlooked, or not paid the service fee billings will be receiving those bills with the back due balance as well. If no payment is received, we will be filing the liens in the appropriate county to remedy these issues. One day as an Evangelist was walking down the streets of southern California witnessing a wise guy stormed up to him and said. "Why do some preachers give up on God?" So the preacher ~ said. "Hear this story!" Many laborers hired themselves out to attend a field one day. When the morning time came their alarms went offlate so they rushed out into • the field without eating their morning meal. Around the ten o'clock hour many , began to complain of hunger pangs and left the field heading for the city to buy food. In the early afternoon as the Sun stretched folth some other servants began to plot in hope to dodge the midday heat and went to the master and said. "Sir, were dying of thirst, may we be released for the day to go find water?" And the Master replied. "Go!" When five O'clock approached more workers went to the Master and said. "Lord it's getting late, our children are home from school and our wives have set dinner at the table, may we be excused?" Then the Master replied. "Go and handle your affairs!" When the end time came the Lord of the Harvest called for the servants that were left in the field and Said. "You who have endured the hardships of the day accept here before my Holy Throne.your reward! Three times as much as we agreed and go out quickly and gather your i'amilies for I have prepared a great feast for you the over comers!" For many are called but few are chosen! Scripture Reference Matthew 22:14. The moral to the story - God never said that it was going to be easy and : no one ever said that life is fair. A lot of people will'quit in life before they get to the finish line and receive the prize! By: Charles Dennis Ward. The Stow of: God's grace is sufficient! : There was a certain girl, a teenager, who had a narrow view on life. At the age of fifteen, while under her parents ~are they begin to argue at night. Being struck with the sudden wave of emotional trauma filled her heart with hurt and despair. So in the second watch of one night around 12 o'clock hour, she packed all together, left her parents a farewell note, and joined herself to the street life where she sought attention within the hard life of harlotry. As she then began to trade her time and presence with desperate men for money as a way to survive caused guilt and stress to set-in. Many years into this act she began to feel remorseful for squandering away many of her productive years then surrendered • her life to God, began to evangelize him why he should receive eternal life? He began to cry and carry-on about all of his good deeds, but the Lord wasn't pleased. So lastly he said. "The Blood of the Lamb! who washes away the sins of the World!" So God replied. "Enter in my Child!" and the crowd said. "Hallelujah Amen!" The last~ person up was a street hustler who could speak any language when it came to sales. But when the Good Lord pulled his resume out it was blank, so there was silence for awhile. At the end of the break all that looked on the situation held their breath. Suddenly Jesus began to. speak on his behalf and say this man repented forty years prior and. served the Gospel as his employeE" Then the, Father God said. "Well done my:son!
