The object of the above entitled action is a Partition
of real estate by the Petitioners, Jobn H. Sanders and
Lynn M. Sanders, who have filed their Complaint For
Partition Of Lands in the Circuit Court of Summers
County, West Virginie. The Complaint alleges that you
have, or may have, some interest in ell of that certain
real estate, being the residue of lute 39 and 40, W. L.
Barksdale land, being 137 acres, more or less, in
aggregate, carried on the 2002 Land Books for Green
Sulphur District, Summers County, West Virginie in
the name of Robert Roscoe Ward,"EST" "surface", Map
31, Parcel 0014.0000.
The real estate which is the subject of this partition
action is more particularly described in that certain
deed dated November 27, 2002 from Luster M. Ward,
single, Spurgoon A. Ward and Mary J. Ward, hie wife,
to the Petitioners, John H. Sanders and Lynn M.
Sanders, his wife, as joint tenants with right of
survivorship, of record in Deed Book 210 atpage 518
in the offiee of the Clerk of the Summers County
Commission, as follows:

of to set stone, marked for a corner, thence; easterly to
the patent line comer on Aleck Scott lands sot stone,

A tract of 25 acres conveyed by Robert R. Ward
and E. C. Ward, his wife, by deed dated August II,
