CODE] 37-4-3 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of an Order of the Circuit Court of Summers County, West Virginia entered on December 14, 2016, by Judge Robert A. Irons, in that certain civil action styled, Lowie E. Lilly v David Kent Lilly, Civil Action No. 1 5- C-730 and pursuant to the authority vested in them by said order, Thomas H.
