NOTICE On September 19, 1980. the Public Service Commission of West Virginia promulgated a rule which establishes a Con- sumer Reimbursement Prog- ram under the federal Public Utility Regulatory Policies Ac- t of 1978 and Chaper 24, Ar- ticle 2. The Commission has developed the rule to pro- vide a mechanism to compen- sate consumer intervenors in electric proceedings where PURPA Title I ratemaking and policy standards are at issue. A barbecue is planned for Friday evening followed by a campfire and some special ev- ening events. All Special Olympics activi- ties are open to the public.
