Particularly, this bill, combined with House Bill 4506, relates to the proposed Wheeling Outlet Mall which will cost an estimated $158 million to complete and is projected in a proposal provided to the Legislature to pay for itself within four years. Educational enhancement and a boost in West V'zrginia's economy, I believe, are two measures that are vital the growth of our state. PREPARED CHILDBIRTH CLASSES The second meeting of the prepared childbirth classes will be Friday the 22nd from 6-8pro at the REACHH-FamiIy Resource Center. The baby closet has winter clothing ranging from 0-3 months up. to size 10 in both girls and boys. Everyone is welcome to use the baby closet. Those who are not a MIHOW client will be asked for a small, donation. This baby closet is located at the REACH house on Pleasant Street.
