The late afternoon ceremony was officiated by a long time friend of the Lingenfelter family; The Reverend Brett W. Ballenger of Philadelphia, PA. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas R Fitzsilnmons of Hinton. She is tim granddaughter of Enola Fern Saunders and the late Charles J. Saunders of Hinton, the late James T. and Sara Parker Fitzsimmons of Hinton and Esther Fitzsimmons, presently residing m Centerville. OH. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs Bruce A. Lingenfelter of State College PA, He is the grandson of Jane Liageniter of Altoona, PA., the late Bruce . Lingenfelter, the late Frank Coombs and the late Mary Coombs of Miami, FL. Escorted to the alter by her father and given in marriage by her parents, the bride wore a gown ot  white satin with a halte: style bodice which was covered with lace and accented with pearls and crystals. The {]owing skirt ended in a chapel length train. Her veil of bridal illusion, attached to a crown of seed pearls and crystal sprays, was first worn by her mother in 1967. She carried a white lace covered Bible which was also previously carried by her mother in her parent's wedding. Her bouquet was multi-colored spring flowers. Serving as matron of honor was Anne Whitney of State College, PA. Bridesmaids were Agnes Lope.z Payne of Dayton. OH, Michelle Walezak of North Arlingaon, NJ. and Lindsay Fitzsimznons, sister-in-law of the bride, of Scott Depot, W. The attendants wore matching strapless gowns of cornflower blue satin and carried hand-tied bouquets-of spring flowers: " -::' - :.-: ........ To be born of the Spirit is one who does the truth'and comes to me light; John 3:21 Peter said, "Since you have purified your souls in obeying the 'truth through the Spirit in sincere love of me brethren, love one another fervently with a pure heart. having been born again not of corruotible seed but in corruptible through the word of God which lives and abides forever" I Pet. 1:22-23. Serving All Faiths pjvont Serving as best men was Keith Lingenfelter, brother of the groom, of State College, PA, and Jason Whitney of State College, PA. Groolnsmen were Joey DeLauter of Lewisburg, PA, and Thomas S. Fitzsimmons, brother of the bride, of Scott Depot, WV. Jacob Thomas Fitzsimmons, nephew of the bride, of Scott Depot, WV served as ring bearer. The groom, ,groomsmen and ring bearer wore black tuxedos. The program attendant was Melissa Rowan Keller, cousin of the bride, of Roanoke, VA, and the guest book attendant was Andrew Wayne Keller, cousin of the bride, of Roanoke. Also greeting the guests were Mark Weaver and Todd Hawbaker of State College, PA. The ceremony music was performed by An, Gore Price and vocalists were Gayle Bugg and Anne Whitney. The beautiful wedding ceremony and reception that fell awed were under the direction of Donna Pivont. The dinner-dance reception was held at Pipestem Resort. On the evening before the wedding, the parents of th.e groom hosted a lovely dinner for the wedding party and family members at Willowwood Elks Club. The bride graduated from Hinton High School, received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Drew University in Madison, NJ, and a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from Duke University in Durham, NC. She is presently studying toward a Ph.D. at Penn State University and is employed by Penn Stae University and the American Chestnut Foundation as Regional Science Coordinator. The groom graduated from State College Area High School. He attended Syracuse University and the State University of New York Graduate School where he received a Master's Degree m Landscape Architecture. He is employed by the architecture firm of Weber Murphy Fox in State College as a landscape architect. The couple has recently returned from a delayed wedding trip to Zermatt, Switzerland.
